Derrick D. Johnson, Executive Director
Pittsburgh native, Derrick D. Johnson is a 20 Year + Service-Disabled Veteran and Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC). As founder of TDM Mold Assistance Foundation, he combines his military discipline and environmental expertise to help families address mold-related health and housing concerns with care and professionalism.
Sheress Belton-Johnson, Director, Community Outreach
Washington D.C native, Sheress Belton-Johnson is the Director of community outreach for TDM Mold Assistance Foundation, and a Certified Mold Inspector. With a strong background in environmental assessments and client advocacy, she plays a vital role in both field operations and outreach. A natural communicator and social butterfly, Sheress is known for her ability to connect with others and make clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported.

Tyren K. Johnson, Director, Web Services,
Hailing from Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Tyren K. Johnson serves as the Director of web services for TDM Mold Assistance Foundation, and is also a Certified Mold Inspector. In addition to conducting mold inspections, Tyren manages the team’s digital presence—maintaining the website, optimizing user experience, and ensuring that online tools and resources run smoothly. His blend of technical expertise and field knowledge ensures both the digital and on-site aspects of TDM’s mission are carried out with precision and care.
